This website does not track you

This site is made of static pages. It uses no cookies, no analytics tooling, no advertising pixels, and embeds no social buttons that would load third-party content.

There are no forms on this site. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other personal data in order to read it.

Technical hosting logs

The site is served through a content delivery network which, for security and operational reasons, temporarily processes technical request data — IP address, browser type and requested page. These logs exist to protect the site against abuse and keep it available, on the legitimate interest basis in Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use them to identify you or to build profiles.

The mobile app

The OddsOut app processes its own data, separate from this website — for example your progress, your journal and your blocking settings. Those practices are described in the app privacy policy, presented inside the app and on its store listing.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of them, contact us at adt.tech@hotmail.com.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the supervisory authority in Portugal.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be flagged visibly.
